Safedrink 개인정보처리방침
1. 앱이 저장하는 정보
아래 정보는 모두 이용자의 기기 내부 저장소에만 기록되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.

신체 정보는 혈중알코올농도(BAC)를 개인에 맞게 계산하기 위한 용도로만 쓰이며, 계산은 전부 기기 안에서 이루어집니다.
2. 개발자가 수집하지 않는 정보
- 이름, 이메일, 전화번호 등 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 정보
- 정확한 위치 정보, 연락처, 사진, 통화·문자 기록
- 이용자가 입력한 신체 정보와 음주 기록 (기기 밖으로 나가지 않습니다)
Safedrink에는 회원가입 기능이 없으며, 개발자는 이용자 데이터를 보관하는 서버를 운영하지 않습니다.
3. 광고 (Google AdMob)
Android 앱은 화면 하단에 Google AdMob 배너 광고를 표시합니다. 광고를 불러오기 위해 Google Mobile Ads SDK가 다음 정보를 Google에 전송하며, Google은 이를 광고 게재·측정, 사기 방지, 서비스 개선 목적으로 처리합니다.

이 정보는 전송 중 암호화(TLS)됩니다. 이용자가 입력한 신체 정보와 음주 기록은 광고 SDK에 전달되지 않습니다. Google의 처리 방식은 Google 광고 기술 정책과 Google 개인정보처리방침을 참고하십시오.
광고 ID는 기기의 설정 → Google → 광고에서 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있고, 맞춤 광고를 끌 수 있습니다. 앱 설정의 광고 제거를 구매하면 배너가 표시되지 않으며 광고 SDK가 광고를 요청하지 않습니다.
4. 인앱 결제 (Google Play 결제)
"광고 제거"는 Google Play 결제 시스템을 통해 1회 결제하는 상품입니다. 결제 정보(카드, 계좌 등)는 Google Play가 처리하며 앱과 개발자는 결제 수단 정보를 받지 않습니다. 앱은 구매 여부만 Google Play에서 확인해 기기에 저장합니다. 앱을 다시 설치하거나 기기를 바꾼 경우 설정의 "구매 복원"으로 되찾을 수 있습니다.
5. 앱이 사용하는 네트워크 통신
Safedrink가 인터넷에 연결하는 경우는 앱 업데이트 확인, 광고 요청, Google Play 결제
세 가지입니다. 업데이트 확인은 앱을 실행할 때 Expo(EAS Update) 서버(u.expo.dev)에
새 버전이 있는지 묻고, 있으면 앱 코드를 내려받습니다.
이 과정에서 기기의 운영체제 종류와 앱 버전 정보가 요청에 포함됩니다. 이용자가 입력한 신체 정보나 음주 기록은 이 통신에 일절 포함되지 않습니다. Expo의 개인정보 처리에 관한 내용은 expo.dev/privacy를 참고하십시오.

7. 데이터 보관과 삭제
기록은 이용자가 삭제하기 전까지 기기에 보관됩니다. 앱 안에서 술자리 기록을 개별 삭제하거나, 설정에서 전체 기록을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 저장된 모든 데이터가 기기에서 함께 삭제됩니다.
다만 Android의 자동 백업 기능이 켜져 있는 경우, 앱 데이터가 이용자 본인의 Google 계정 백업에 포함될 수 있습니다. 이는 Android 운영체제가 제공하는 기능이며, 해당 백업은 이용자 본인만 접근할 수 있고 개발자는 접근할 수 없습니다. 기기 설정에서 백업을 끄거나 백업 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다.
8. 제3자 제공
개발자는 이용자의 데이터를 보유하지 않으므로, 개발자가 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하는 일은 없습니다. 다만 제3절의 광고 관련 정보는 광고 SDK가 Google(및 Google의 광고 파트너)에 직접 전송합니다.
9. 아동의 개인정보
Safedrink는 음주와 관련된 앱으로 성인 이용자를 대상으로 합니다. 아동으로부터 의도적으로 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
10. 면책
Safedrink가 제시하는 혈중알코올농도와 회복 예정 시각은 공개된 계산식 (Widmark 공식 및 Watson 총체수분량 공식)에 기반한 참고용 추정치입니다. 실제 수치는 체질, 음식 섭취, 건강 상태, 약물 등에 따라 크게 달라질 수 있습니다.
이 앱은 의료기기가 아니며, 음주운전 가능 여부를 판단하는 근거로 사용할 수 없습니다. 술을 마신 뒤에는 절대 운전하지 마십시오.

본 방침이 변경되는 경우 이 페이지에 수정된 내용과 최종 수정일을 게시합니다.

Safedrink Privacy Policy
1. Information stored by the app
All of the following is written only to your device's local storage and is never transmitted.

Body measurements are used solely to personalize the blood alcohol concentration (BAC) estimate. All calculations run on the device.
2. Information the developer does not collect
- Name, email address, phone number, or any other identifying information
- Precise location, contacts, photos, call or message logs
- Your body measurements and drink records (they never leave the device)
There is no account system, and the developer runs no server that stores user data.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The Android app shows a Google AdMob banner at the bottom of the screen. To serve ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK sends the following to Google, which processes it for ad delivery and measurement, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

This data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Your body measurements and drink records are never passed to the ads SDK. See How Google uses information from ads and the Google Privacy Policy.
You can reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of personalized ads under Settings → Google → Ads on your device. Purchasing Remove Ads in the app's settings hides the banner and stops ad requests.
4. In-app purchase (Google Play Billing)
"Remove Ads" is a one-time purchase handled by Google Play's billing system. Payment details are processed by Google Play; the app and the developer never receive them. The app only checks with Google Play whether the purchase exists and stores that status on the device. After reinstalling or switching devices, use "Restore Purchases" in Settings.
5. Network usage
Safedrink connects to the internet for three reasons: checking for app updates,
requesting ads, and Google Play billing. On launch it asks the Expo (EAS Update)
server (u.expo.dev) whether a newer version of the app code exists and downloads it if so.
That request includes your device's operating system and app version. It contains none of your body measurements or drink records. See expo.dev/privacy for Expo's own privacy practices.

7. Retention and deletion
Records remain on your device until you delete them. You can delete individual sessions in the app, or clear all records from Settings. Uninstalling the app removes all stored data from your device.
If Android's automatic backup is enabled, app data may be included in your own Google account backup. That backup is provided by the Android operating system, is accessible only to you, and is not accessible to the developer. You can disable backup or delete backed-up data in your device settings.
8. Sharing with third parties
The developer holds none of your data, so the developer shares or sells nothing. The advertising data described in section 3 is sent by the ads SDK directly to Google (and Google's advertising partners).
9. Children's privacy
Safedrink concerns alcohol consumption and is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Disclaimer
The blood alcohol concentration and sober-by time shown in Safedrink are reference estimates based on published formulas (the Widmark equation and the Watson total body water equation). Actual values vary substantially with individual physiology, food intake, health conditions, and medication.
This app is not a medical device and must not be used to decide whether it is safe to drive. Never drive after drinking.
